“Midnight Mirage” by DJ Abyss remixed by Chris Zippel is a fresh take on deep house and progressive house, combining atmospheric melancholy with techno-hypnosis. The release sounds like a night soundtrack for club deep house: sensual, energetic but understated.
Within the world of Organic House, it’s not just the texture of the sound that matters, but also the mood it carries. Brand new by the collaboration of Rønhöff, Louin and Qualista is not just another release. “Penumbra” sounds like a transitional state: between light and shadow, between peace and inner tension. This is the kind of track that goes on a playlist not for the sake of a peak moment, but to set the mood or immerse.
As soon as Afro with a touch of deep and tribal house sounds, it’s important to keep the balance – not to overdo it with ethnicity, but also not to drown in technicality. Blond:ish and Stevie Appleton’s collab with Alex Wann’s remix is just at this junction. The track “Never Walk Alone” sounds confident: on the one hand – groove and energy, on the other – space and breath.
When the original by RÜFÜS DU SOL already sets the atmosphere, the remix requires a special approach. GHEIST take “In The Moment” and don’t argue with the basis – they reveal it in their own way. In Melodic House / Deep House style, where it’s not the volume that matters, but the feeling of depth. It’s not about sudden movements. It’s about a mood that comes unnoticed but stays.
In the stream of fresh releases at the intersection of minimal and deep house you can find more and more often works where form is more important than content. But sometimes there are tracks that are not in a hurry to stand out, but just do their job – confidently, competently and to the point. One of them is “Control” by Turkish producer Alp Kargoren.
In Minimal / Deep Tech everything is decided by nuances. The slightest accent, precise pause, bass relief – every element plays a role. In this environment, tracks speak not loudly, but precisely. “Samurai Tech” by Rick Stereo is just one of those. It doesn’t burst to the top of the charts, but it confidently takes its place in the playlist of those who know what they’re looking for.
With the overabundance of one-size-fits-all material on the progressive scene, attention is drawn to tracks that can strike a balance between styles and retain character. Mind On Fire – the result of collaboration between Jerome Price and Bengle – is just one of them. No pretensions to a major hit, but with a clear musical idea and confident delivery.
Mind On Fire is a neat example of Progressive House with a slight bias to Tribal and Afro House. Already from the first bars you can feel the relaxed mood. Smooth percussion sets the tone without overloading the structure.

Konrad Dycke and guitarist Florian Möbes have put together an interesting hybrid of Organic House and Downtempo. “Morphing A Message” is a soft groove, blurred lines between electronics and live sound and a clear attention to detail. Everything sounds natural, like it’s breathing.
Massivan presents “In My World” – a track balancing between Melodic and Progressive House tones. It is a soft sound where every detail works to create a relaxed atmosphere.
The music gradually opens up, immersing you in a pleasant harmony. Pad chords create an airy space, and a light bass groove sets a smooth movement. Percussion does not overload the mix, but organically complements the rhythm section.
In a world where modern house tends to get louder, faster and more complex, “Lips Moving” by M-High takes us back to our roots. This track is a tribute to old-school house classics with clean production and energy that works. Why complicate things when you can just get the dance floor moving?
