First, the bare facts. The new release “FREQUENCY” by sawcy and Trey Kams is coming out as an independent drop. No labels. Pure underground. On one hand, the track stays within the Minimal/DeepTech style. On the other, it subtly blurs the boundaries. There’s a dense low end here. The kick is confident, the sub is driving. Then rough analog textures kick in. They give the mix a slight “gritty” feel. However, that’s exactly what adds character.
ProOne79’s fresh release, “Nobody Else,” has dropped on REK’D (a sub-label of Rekids). This isn’t a mass-market track. Rather, it’s a solid piece of work for those who appreciate structure. It blends House, Old-school House, and Minimal Tech. At its core are tried-and-true drum loops. No trendy fits. Instead, there’s a recognizable bassline. It sounds tight, with a hint of distortion. It gives it character.

Ahead of Miami Music Week, Factory 93 and PIV Records have joined forces once again. The result of their collaboration is the Factory 93 x PIV: Miami Sampler 2026, released recently on all digital platforms. Inside are 14 tracks that straddle the line between deep house and minimal tech.

In early February 2026, the British duo RUZE released their new single Does Ya Momma Know? on the Factory 93 Records label.
